Google bomb
September 18th, 2007
From SearchCRM:
A Google bomb is an attempt to raise the PageRank of a Web page in the keyword results from Google’s search engine by designing a link structure over multiple Web sites that bias the search results. PageRank refers to Google’s patented method that measures the relevance of a Web site to specific keywords. Sites with high PageRank display early in search results.
